Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you paid for. This page explains when we issue refunds and how to request one.
Aetheris Professional Website — $250 setup fee
The setup fee covers the work to build your initial website from your brief. Once we have started work (typically within 1 business day of your payment), the setup fee is non-refundable because the time has been spent.
If you cancel before work begins, we’ll refund the setup fee in full. Email frezer@aetherisinnovations.com with your invoice number and we will confirm whether the build has started and process the refund the same day if it hasn’t.
Aetheris Professional Website — monthly & annual subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions: you can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. We do not pro-rate or refund unused days in the current month — you keep the hosted site and AI Sales Assistant until the period ends.
Annual subscriptions (10% off): within the first 14 days of the initial annual payment, we’ll refund the full annual amount minus one month at the monthly rate ($99) to cover the period you used. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you can still cancel to stop future renewals.
Aetheris LeadAI operator subscriptions
If you subscribe to Aetheris LeadAI directly as an operator, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked — by emailing us. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but cancellable any time.
Chargebacks
If there is a problem, please email us first. We respond within one business day and can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension pending the dispute; we contest chargebacks where the work described above was completed and delivered.
How to request a refund
Email frezer@aetherisinnovations.com with:
- Your account email or invoice number.
- A short note about what went wrong.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business daysdepending on your bank.
